“The brilliant culinary talent for the weekend included Chef Theirry Rautureau of Rover’s Restaurant in Seattle; Chef Michel Richard of Citronelle in Washington, DC; Chef John Besh of Restaurant August in New Orleans; and Chef Peter Moore of Ritz-Carlton New Orleans.
The breath-taking florals were by Dutch Florist René Hofstede of Mille Fiori Flowers in New York City.
Entertainment for the weekend was by Pepe and the Bottle Blondes; Don Vappie and the Creole Jazz Serenaders; and Kiyoshi Nagata Ensemble.
Pouring wineries included Kathryn Hall, Landmark Vineyards, Rex Hill Vineyards, Swanson Vineyards; Champagne Piper Heidsieck.
